Each artist is allowed one maximum table. You can not bring an additional table. Tables are non-movable, as the spacing and placement are predetermined. You are able to bring an additional chair if you have 3 people at your booth. More than 3 chairs are not allowed for the comfort of the other artist.

Each vendor is given one table and may bring another table as long as it fits within the 10 by 10 feet space. You may also bring 2 additional chairs. You may not place anything outside of the 10x10ft space nor are you able to move your space as placement is predetermined.
Refund Policy
Any refunds for Seller’s Space would need to be requested 3 weeks before the convention date. Any refunds after 3 weeks will not be issued.
California Seller’s Permit
By California law, if you are selling more than 3 items, you are required to have a CA Seller’s Permit. As this is a one day event, you would only be required to have a TEMPORARY CA Seller’s Permit. When applying for the permit, you would put for the organizer and phone number. To get this information, please reach out to us through email or our Contact Us form so we may provide you with the information.
CA Seller’s Permit is free and easy to obtain. You can apply either in person or by mail at one of the Board of Equalization field offices.
You can also apply online at the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration website (https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/services/#Overview).

We ask that you bring in your permit at the time of check in. In accordance with state policy, all sellers must have their physical Seller’s permit (original or copy) with them at their respective tables. Every seller must have their OWN Seller’s Permit, unfortunately “et. al” will not be accepted.

The following items are asked to be presented to the Seller's Space Staff when checking in for your space.
Tempt or regular CA Seller’s Permit

Passport
School ID
Driver License
ETC
All helpers/table-mates must be present when checking in
If the Seller is already inside, ask the Seller to come back to verify your identity.
Badges must be worn at all times when within the convention premises.
Artist Alley Restrictions
The following items are prohibited from being sold within Artist Alley:
Traced, photoshopped, transferred, etc. art of a licensed image. This includes but is not limited to, work from "redraw" projects that directly reference licensed images.
Products you yourself did not create (pre-package/bought items) - Only exception is if original designs are of your own and not sold in stores.
AI-generated art of any kind is not allowed if you are selling it as a standalone product.
Plagiarism of any kind is forbidden!
Bootleg products (any item purchased from a retailer with the intent to directly resale).
Items that are a replication of licensed merchandise.
2nd or 3rd party items.
Food, snacks, or beverages.
Music and or videos played at an acceptable sound level at one’s Seller’s Space are okay. If there is a complaint filed, Ronin-Expo staff will issue a warning. If there is a violation and or multiple warnings, the Seller will be removed from the Event Space without a refund.
Artists have the right to prohibit any and all photography of their table space and or any merchandise displayed in their space.
Any type of yelling to draw attention to one’s table is prohibited. You will be issued a warning.
Any types of lit candles, incense, or flammable liquids are prohibited. We do not want to create fire hazards.’
This also includes industrial machines, aerosol cans, airbrushes, or any other supplies or equipment that could be potentially harmful, dangerous, or noisy
Artists and Vendors are prohibited from plugging any electronic devices into the walls of the convention center.
NSFW Artwork (Adult Material)
Any artwork deemed as NSFW or inappropriate for children must be kept behind the table and out of view unless spoken with a Staff member through email for a prior agreement/arrangement. Such things as fanbook/zines, where the cover is SFW, but the contents are not, must be closed and be unable to be unopen.
It is the artist’s responsibility to ensure that adult material is not accessible to minors. Artists found to be selling adult material to minors will be expelled from the Artist Alley immediately and may receive a permanent ban.
HOLD HARMLESS: Sellers agree to assume all risk, and to indemnify and hold harmless EVENT, the Terasaki Budokan, its owners, officials, officers, volunteers and employees (also identified as “INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”) from and against any and all claims, demands, defense costs, liability, expenses or damages of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with the EVENT’s employees, agents, contractors, representatives, patrons, guests or invitees; excepting such claims, demands, defense costs, liability, expense or damages arising out of the sole negligence of one or more of the INDEMNIFIED PARTIES. Furthermore, artists agree to defend INDEMNIFIED PARTIES from and against any and all claims, demands, defense costs, liability, expense or damages of any kind arising out of the connection with SELLER’s or EVENT’s use of leased premises.
RESPONSIBILITY: Sellers assume responsibility and agree to indemnify and defend against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the Seller’s Space location. INDEMNIFIED PARTIES will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to artists or property from any cause whatsoever.
INSURANCE: Sellers understand that neither EVENT nor the Terasaki Budokan maintain insurance covering SELLER’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the artist to obtain such an insurance.
LIABILITY: EVENT and its agents or representatives will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to artists or their property from any cause whatsoever. EVENT shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this contract as result of strikes, riots, act of God, or any other cause beyond EVENT’s control. Any visiting or viewing with the artist are deemed to be the invitee or licensee of the artist, rather than the invitee or licensee of the EVENT. EVENT shall not be liable for any injury whatsoever to the invitees, licensees, or guests of artists. Artists assume full liability for the action of its agents, employees, or independent contractors, whether acting within or without the scope of their authority and agree to hold harmless INDEMNIFIED PARTIES from responsibility or liability resulting directly or indirectly, or jointly, from other causes which arise because of the actions or omission of its agents, employees, or independent contractors.
WARRANTY: There is no other agreement or warranty between the SELLER and EVENT except as set forth in this document. The rights of EVENT under this contract shall not be deemed waived except as specifically stated in writing and signed by an authorized officer of EVENT. Any action which EVENT or SELLER may bring against each other, based upon or in any way relating to this contract or its performance, shall be brought forth in state court located within the Commonwealth of California, and EVENT and SELLER hereby waive all questions of personal jurisdiction or venue order to give effect of this provision. Should any part of this Contract be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to follow any of the above instructions will result in an immediate dismissal from Ronin-Expo Seller’s Space.
