Staffing

Are you interested in what it’s like to be a part of a convention or want to contribute to our community? Help out by staffing with Ronin-Expo. Please fill out this form.

We do ask for the following before signing up as a staffer:

  • Must be over the age of 18 to staff.

  • Preferably be available on both Friday, October 20th and Saturday, October 21st.

    • Friday October 20, 2023 from 7:00pm to 10:00pm

    • Saturday October 21, 2023 from 9:00am to 10:00pm

  • If you are unable to attend on Friday, be sure to let your Department head know
